Home of the Hawks!

Our staff is committed to working with students and their families as a team.  The rigorous curriculum is directly aligned to the Arkansas State Standards.  To help each child to achieve his/her fullest potential, Happy Hollow provides both enrichment and intervention support for our students.  We believe in knowing each child by "name and need".

Health Tips for Kids
  • Snack Attack: After a long day at school or an afternoon of playing your tummy may be telling you it’s time to eat. But before you reach for that bag of chips, consider choosing one of these healthier options instead:
    • Instead of soda or juice, grab some water or fat-free milk
    • Instead of chips or crackers, grab a piece of fruit or veggie sticks
    • Instead of cookies or cake, grab a sugar free ice pop or unsweetened, fat-free yogurt

The FPS Child Nutrition Department now has an Instagram account! Follow @whatsforlunchfayetteville to see photos of daily menu offerings, learn about innovative meal program projects, and stay informed about important meal benefit information and deadlines. This resource can be used at home and in the classroom to help students decide what they would like to eat for lunch each day and help families fully utilize the district’s school meal programs.
